Approving Games

• Check the current limit of games per time slot.
• Check the same game isn't already being hosted in that time slot.
• Check that two games arn't being hosted in the same locale at the same time.

Once you approve a game, it will show up on the schedule.

If a submission violates any of the suggested rules, you can put the game 'on hold' and email the host (or talk to them inworld) and find out if they can hold their game in a different time slot etc.

Before you approve a game, check the 'additional info' field to see if they want a different name for their game. You can click 'Edit' to edit the info for that game. Once you finish editing it, you can go back and approve it.

Delete Blank Games

Because the schedule pages are based on a database, blank games are entered for each time slot so that the schedule pages are displayed better. So, after you approve a game, you have the option to delete a blank game in that same time slot if one still exists. Those time slots will appear on the page you see after you approve a game. Delete one per approved game. You can also use the [Delete Blank Games] for that.

Delivering Prizes

Whenever you deliver a prize set, go to the [Deliver Prizes] page and mark that you did so.
This way, all EO's will know who still needs their sets at all times.

Updating Winners

Hosts will send their winners via our web form, which will be sent to the webmasters email address.
Use [Update Winners] to add them to the schedule pages.
