Please check the schedule for the day and time you would like to host before requesting a time slot, then complete the form below making sure all your submitted details are correct. Please also be careful if your inworld avatar name has a lot of extended ASCII characters 'ßÐÞÿ¬|§¥¤`®¢©' and replace any abstract ones with standard letters so to avoid schedule script errors occurring.

This form now allows multiple day signups at once, just select 'Yes' for the days you want to host the same game & time and the details will be submitted accordingly for all days selected. Otherwise if you just want a single game signup just select 'Yes' for that day only.

Additional Organizer(s) Hosting Notice:
All games are to be hosted in the Travelers Faire Grounds hosting area (see descriptions below) unless your game must be hosted in a turf.
There is currently a maximum limit of 4 games per hour allowed, but we will consider adding additional time slots if necessary.

Please try to request your time slots at least eight hours in advance, as all submissions need to be double-checked by a live human being before being approved. If you cannot give eight hours notice, we will do our very best to add your game to the schedule, but cannot guarantee it.

Faire Locale Descriptions:

Southern Fields 1: Suitable for Rock Toss or any other game

Southern Fields 2: Any game; Die is available for a Tie breaker

Southern Fields 3: Any game; Die is available for a Tie breaker

Southern Fields 4: Set up for Even Bet or any game that needs dice. (Beware of the Flies!)
Outside Diviners Tent: Any game; Die is available for a Tie breaker

Diviners Tent: Any game; Die is available for a Tie breaker

Faire Stage: Any game; Die is available for a Tie breaker

Cancellations: Please try to allow allow at least 8 hours for changes and cancellations. If you need to make a last-minute cancellation, please be sure to also post your cancellation in the DreamScape Forum, as the schedule may not be updated before your game is to occur.
